East London Mosque Women’s Link is a support and advice service for women in Tower Hamlets and London in general. Conveniently located in the East London Mosque in Whitechapel, we offer support, advice and counselling to women facing various issues. We also offer confidential counselling for Muslim women. 3) MUSLIM MEDIATION SERVICE

Muslim Mediation Service (MMS) aims to promote conflict resolution based on the Islamic values of fostering unity, peace and understanding amongst Muslims, as well as the wider community.

Our religion teaches us:

    “.. If two groups of believers should fall fighting, make peace between them.. ” (Quran 49:9)“.. Obey Allah and His Messenger and do not quarrel with one another, or you may lose heart and your spirit desert you.. ” (Quran 8:46)

In the past, MMS have been actively involved in conflicts between neighbours, individual/personal issues, family members, marital discord, divorce arrangements, workplace conflicts, community issues and more.

2) MUSLIM YOUTH HELPLINE

The Muslim Youth Helpline (MYH) is a registered charity which provides pioneering faith and culturally sensitive services to Muslim youth in the UK.

Our core service is a free and confidential counselling service available nationally via the telephone, email, internet and a face to face befriending service in the Greater London area. The service uses male and female volunteers trained in basic counselling skills to respond to client enquiries.
